Step 1. Perform In-Document Text Searches for the expert witness you're interested in.
Step 2. Add a Search Alert to be notified when an expert witness is mentioned in a document.
1.A Go to the Search page by clicking on "Search" in the menu.
1.B Click "Text" on the search type and enter the name of the expert witness in quotes, then add AND "expert witness". Click Search.
1.C Look through the list of search results to see which documents mention the expert witness. You can then view the documents to read more about the expert witness's previous testimony in cases similar to yours.
2.A Go to the Search Alerts page by clicking on "Search Alerts" in the menu.
2.B Click "Add Search Alert" and scroll down to the "Text Matches" section. Add the name of the expert witness you want to track.
2.C You'll receive a Search Alert email when a new document is filed that mentions that expert witness. Click on the case number or case description to see the case in {{reSearchSiteName}}.
